Delivery and Shipping

We want to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible. We offer free standard delivery for orders above AED 200 within the Al Ain. 

We aim to make your shopping experience with us as fun as it's easy, so here's all you need to know about getting your order delivered. We deliver to all addresses in the Al Ain within 4-5 working days from the date of order placed. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver Outside Al Ain’s addresses and We may launch delivery to outside Al Ain shortly. Larger items, primarily outdoor or ride-on products are shipped directly from Al Ain Warehouse and may take longer to arrive. Larger toys generally require fittings and services and expected to book your times.

Delivery within Al Ain below 200: AED 40.00

Next business day delivery: AED 30.00

Standard delivery up to 3 business days: AED 20.00

We currently only ship within the UAE.

Same Day Delivery

For same day delivery the order must be placed before 12:00 PM UAE time on a business day (Monday through Friday). The order will be delivered between 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the same day.

Same day delivery is not available for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday. 

Next Day Delivery

For next day delivery, the order must be placed before 4:00 PM UAE time on a business day (Monday through Friday). The order will be delivered between 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the next day.

Next day delivery is not available for orders placed on Friday and Saturday. Any order placed on Friday and Saturday for next day delivery will be delivered on Monday.

Standard Delivery 

Standard delivery takes up to 3 business days within the city and up to 5 business days for remote areas in the UAE.

You will receive a delivery notification and tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

Remote Areas in UAE

The following locations are considered remote areas. hence, it may take up to 5 business days for delivery. A delivery fee of AED 40.00 will be applied for these locations.
